What was your first choice?
First choice in my UPCAT form was my father’s choice. The second was mine.

How did you end up in LA?
I landed with the second choice in my UPCAT form kasi. ‘Yon ang napasa ko. My choice for a non-quota course is actually LA.

What do you love about LA?
The people. Especially my deario blockmates na sobrang supportive sa isa’t isa. Seriously, they made the course fun despite the pressure of meeting deadlines and drafting overnight. Nagtatawagan kami, nagkakantahan, kumakaen kung saan-saan,o kaya nagkukulitan para lang makapagpasa on time.

What's the importance of UPCLAS to the LA profession?
UPCLAS prepares you by letting you meet people who will soon be your colleagues in the professional world. With UPCLAS, you will love Landscape Architecture through the different activities set by the organization. You will actually learn how to value the environment before you actually design for the environment.

What's your mission/vision for the org?
I envision UPCLAS manifesting a synergy among its members to bring out the best in each other especially in our task of showing everyone the beauty of Landscape Architecture.

Our mission as UPCLAS? Maybe our mission will be our full commitment as UPCLAS members to the college and the community. Our mission will be concretized by our participation in every project set by our members to show each other our support for UPCLAS.

Pinalipat ako ng tatay ko, maganda raw kasi pakingan

What do you love about LA?
The opportunity it gives me to be rich in the future? Bwahahaha! Hinde, the opportunity it gives me to beautify our mother land. Naks!

What's the importance of UPCLAS to the LA profession?
UPCLAS provides would-be-LAs an alternative approach to understanding the profession through joint experiences, and activities with peers, as well as a venue where one can be free to learn without the prohibitive walls of the classroom.

How did you end up in LA?
My target course was actually Archi. I ended up in LA simply because i wrote it as my first choice (kasi non-quota) tsaka FATE cguro! haha!

My blockmates! and the fun in coloring tha PLAN. yey!

I believe UPCLAS is the basis of a successful LA profession. Where one can learn responsibility, achieve satisfaction through org activities, and gain friends! yahoo!

Na sana di maliitin ng college. its may not only be a mission/vision for the org but also for the LA student body because, hey, we are part of this college! and because UPCLAS stands as the bigger voice of LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE! yeah, LA rocks! lol.

It was my 2nd choice in my application

Its cause to bring harmony between human and environmental interests

UPCLAS is the gateway to bring more youths into the profession.

To be a renowned student organization that will make known Landscape Architecture to the community and the whole country, giving the profession the respect and distinction it has always deserved.

How did you end up in LA?
parents ko FA, since i love nature and i love to paint landscape, might as well venture into L.A

What do you love about LA?
Its a versatile profession.. and maybe because it deals with nature..which is my interest.

What's the importance of UPCLAS to the LA profession?
Well upclas is a small community that anchors amateur professionals through their journey of being a full grown landscape architect. It’s an org where students are not merely individuals but a family, by that we help each other to be a better human to the world we are living in.

What's your mission/vision for the org?
Well, hopefully this year would be a blast for all of us. More opportunities and activities for all.. May this year be a fruitful year for upclas.

How did you end up in LA?
I let my parents decide about it; Dad loves gardening, mom loves painting, and both are fond of architecture.

What do you love about LA?
I love the expression on people’s faces when they hear of it, the resounding “Landscape Architecture, wow!”

Bonding and connectivity inside and outside the college.

To be a venue of the academe to encourage and empower the collegians. to be the bridge to the lay men to appreciate and recognize the important role of LA in the history and everyday life in general.

hahahaha....d ko alam kung paano ko i-explain...pero d kasya sa isang page lng kung paano ko napuntang LA..3 taon pa nasayang ko bago ko napuntang LA...

alang mga Math series na malupit....

What's the importance of UPCLAS to the LA profession?
Being the underlings of the whole LA community in the country...it is the core responsibility of this organization to make sure that the students be informed of the true meaning of LA not only in the academic community but to the whole society as well, It is the duty of the organization to help build the growing interest to the profession.

What's your mission/vision for the org?
Ako?....hmmm...never did had anything planned...sabit lng kasi ako...hehehe...but i do believe the other execom members(besides me) are very committed in revitalizing the org....and for that i guess i'd have to help carry their burden...madali lng kasi akong lokohin eh....i'd see to it that by the end of their (our..pala) term, UPCLAS gets the prior recognition it deserves and LA be known throughout the UP community.
